Shipping Process
At Octoking, we prioritise efficient and reliable shipping from our warehouse through
our trusted third-party e-Commerce logistics partners. Our aim is to ensure your
orders is delivered within 7-10 days from the moment you place your order
and complete payment. Deliveries are scheduled between 10:30 AM and 7 PM,
Monday -Sunday.
Shipping and handling fees may vary based on factors such as product type,
packaging, size, and volume. These charges are clearly given at the time of
checkout, allowing consumers to know all about them before finalising your
payments.
Orders received before 2 PM are processed on the same day, due to our courier
pickup schedules. Orders placed after this 2 PM will be processed the next business
day. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.
There are several reasons why an order may not be successfully delivered, including
wrong addresses, unavailability of the customer, or closed premises.
During unforeseen circumstances such as floods, heavy rains, or national strikes,
Octoking reserves the right to reschedule deliveries. If your order cannot be
delivered due to any of these reasons, we will promptly notify you. Any claims
regarding shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team on
the day of delivery. Please ensure any shortages are noted and signed for on the
delivery challan copy, which should be returned to our delivery person.
